1. Purpose of This Portal

The VEON Legal & Compliance Portal ("Portal") is an internal tool operated by VEON Ltd. and its subsidiaries ("VEON", "we", "us") for employees and authorised personnel across VEON operating companies. Access is provided solely to support compliance training, policy acknowledgment, internal reporting, and related governance activities.

2. Acceptable Use

By using the Portal, you agree to:

  • Use your own account credentials and never share your login with anyone else.
  • Use the Portal only for its intended compliance, training, and governance purposes.
  • Not attempt to access data, accounts, or areas of the Portal you are not authorised to view.
  • Not upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates VEON policy.
  • Report any security concern or suspected unauthorised access to the Legal & Compliance team promptly.

3. AI Assistant

The Portal includes an AI assistant that can answer general questions and questions about specific policies. Responses are generated automatically and, while grounded in the Portal's own content where possible, may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. The AI assistant does not replace the published policy text or advice from the Legal & Compliance team, and should not be relied on as a substitute for either.

4. Accounts & Access

Accounts are provisioned by invitation from an authorised administrator and are intended for the individual they were issued to. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, including on termination of employment or where misuse of the Portal is identified.

5. No Warranty

The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to keep the Portal accurate, secure, and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is free of error. VEON is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on Portal content beyond what is required by applicable law.

6. Confidentiality

Policy content, training materials, third-party risk data, and any other non-public information accessible through the Portal are confidential to VEON and must be handled in accordance with your employment obligations and VEON's confidentiality and data protection policies.

7. Relationship to the Privacy Policy

These Terms govern your use of the Portal itself. How your personal data is collected, used, and protected is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Portal or VEON's policies. Continued use of the Portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
